The Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center has identified l(3)CHd1 (FBal0195766) and l(3)CHd2 (FBal0195767) as alleles of the Trmt61 (CG14544) gene. l(3)CHd is group 6 in Jiang and Crews, 2006 (FBrf0193980, see also FBrf0199131).  Both l(3)CHd alleles are homozygous lethal and fail to complement Df(3R)Exel6204 (also shown by Jiang and Crews, 2006, FBrf0193980; RRID:BDSC_7683) and PBac{WH}Trmt61f01091 (RRID:BDSC_18408).  Whole genome sequencing reveals the following mutations in the Trmt61 gene:
l(3)CHd1 = Trmt61CHd1, Q224stop (CAG->TAG)
l(3)CHd2 = Trmt61CHd2, T141I (ACC->ATC)
