The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Yihong Ye, NIH, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
The UAS-STUB1 transgenic lines generated in FBrf0263424 were made by P-element transgenesis, not phiC31-mediated recombination. The following insertions were generated and used in FBrf0263424.
P{UAS-STUB1.HA}2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-STUB1.ΔU-box.HA}2 is a viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-STUB1.Δ-TPR.HA}3 is a viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
The UAS-Csp.mKeima transgenic line used in FBrf0263424 was an insertion into the attP2 site, not the VK00037 insertion site.
