CG1924KO is a CG1924 knockout generated using CRISPR/Cas9.
Df(3L)Apl-Arts is a deletion of the Arts, CR18217, and Apl coding regions using CRISPR-mediated homology directed repair.
TI{Arts.loxP(3xP3-DsRed)} expresses the Arts gene along with a loxP-DsRed-loxP cassette. This construct is inserted into the deletion of Df(3L)Apl-Arts to generate, TI{Arts.loxP(3xP3-DsRed)}Df-Apl-Arts. This resulting line contains a deletion of the endogenous Apl-CR18217-Arts genes and is replaced by the Arts gene and the loxP-DsRed-loxP cassette.
