The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Helen Yang, Harvard Medical School.
TI{20XUAS-SPARC2-I- GtACR1::EYFP }CR-P40 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome. It contains the SPARC 'Intermediate' effector and expresses EYFP-tagged GtACR1 under the control of UAS after removal of a stop cassette by phiC31. The presence of an impaired attP results in removal of the stop cassette versus an 'empty' cassette ~15% of the time.
