New stable cell line derived from this cell line: Cell lines were derived from Sg4-PP-27F and express the reporters eCFP and DsRed each from their own actin5 promoter.

An Sg4 cell line containing a phiC31:int docking site at at 2L:7 ,423,926 for use in targeted integration. The docking site consists of a P-element transposon which carries a GFP reporter driven by an Act5C promoter, flanked by phiC31:int attP sites. It is identical to the docking site found in the Kc167-PP series. The insertion is oriented with the 5' end toward the centromere. The nearest annotated gene is lncRNA:CR43857.
