      This is a clonal derivative of Kc167-PP-93E (described in FBrf0223589), with an mCherry coding sequence driven by a MtnA promoter plus a methotrexate-resistance marker inserted between the attP sites of the docking platform, catalyzed by phiC31:int integrase.
