ScerGAL4E564 drives expression in 10-12 neurons of the adult central nervous system. Three different cell types are found in the thoracico-abdominal ganglion, one with cell bodies and dendrites in the prothoracic leg neuromere and projections to the adult gnathal ganglion. An additional three cell types are labeled within the cerebrum.
