Approximately 6.1kb deletion that removes the 'middle' loop anchor (LA) that is in between the tsh and tio LAs, and which they interact with in HiC analyses. An approximately 2.6kb sequence from chromosome 2R that contains an endogenous TA boundary has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
