Plasma membrane targeting sequence, ARDGRRRRRRARARCVIM (PMID:16857939). This sequence contains a prenylation signal (C-terminal CAAX motif) and the octavalent polycationic nature of the peptide results in this sequence being targeted predominantly to the plasma membrane (PMID:33263429).
