Description

Transgenic construct used in a study of the PTS-6 Promoter Targeting Sequence of the Abd-B locus. Contains two divergently transcribed reporters: a w+C marker and a lacZ reporter. A h stripe 1 (H1) enhancer has been inserted between the two divergent promoters. A 3.7kb Fab-7 fragment and the NEE rho enhancer have been inserted downstream of the lacZ reporter.
