Description

The wing/body (wb) element (a 2.6kb fragment from -2869 to -269 upstream of the y transcription start site) is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter and drives expression of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
