Description

A fragment corresponding to -1264 to -269 of the bodyCRE element from upstream of the y transcription start site, with mutations in the core sequences of both predicted Abd-B binding sites, is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter and drives expression of EGFP tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
