Description

The body CRE from the Drosophila kikkawai y gene, with two C to T nucleotide substitutions, is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter and drives expression of EGFP tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
