Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a 2.7kb genomic fragment that includes the mir-278 stem loop region. The sequence was isolated from mir-278mirvana-1 mutants and thus contains a sequence polymorphism that mutates the mature mir-278 miRNA at position 5 from U to A.
