Description

Baldspot promoter sequences from -730bp together with the entire Baldspot 5'UTR (212bp) are fused upstream of the lacZ coding region. In addition Baldspot 3'UTR sequences (including the last possible polyadenylation signal approximately 2kb after the stop codon) is fused downstream of a lacZ reporter.
