Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a constitutively activated form of the Rgl 1 isoform (the Rgl protein has been made constitutively active by being fused to the Tag:PM(hKRAS) membrane localisation sequence consisting of a polybasic motif followed by a CAAX box).
