Acp65Aa 5' genomic flanking sequence from position -172 and including 5' UTR sequences drives expression of lacZ.

Acp65Aa sequences from -172 to +161 (relative to the transcription start site) drive expression of lacZ. The Acp65Aa sequences include the 5'UTR, the first four codons of Acp65Aa and an 81bp intron, in addition to upstream regulatory sequences.
