Description

Two conserved blocks of Acp65Aa genomic DNA - "B2" (-141 to -104 relative to the transcription start site) and "B1" (-86 to -44 relative to the transcription start site), followed by the intronic sequences of Acp65Aa are fused upstream of a basal Fbp1 promoter and 5'UTR (-68 to +80) fused to lacZ.
