Acp65Aa sequences from -744 to +67 (relative to the transcription start site) drive expression of Ecol\lacZ. The Acp65Aa sequences include the 5'UTR and an 81bp intron, in addition to upstream regulatory sequences. The Acp65Aa sequences from -75 to -53 have been replaced with a UAS sequence.
