Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a C-terminal part of pros containing a 20Q polyQ tract (this is the normal length of the tract found in the wild-type protein). The polyQ tract is flanked by 33 amino acids on the N-terminal side and by 369 amino acids on the C-terminal side. The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
