Description

A 268bp DNA fragment derived from the wg2 3' UTR, containing a mutation in two GATA sites (next to the "Pax6 homeodomain", and within the "Pax (Paired)" sequence) to CTGA to abolish Pnr binding, drives expression of a lacZ reporter.
