Contains Spc105R expressed under the control of its own genomic regulatory region, in which the repeats of the Spc105R middle linker region have been replaced with a portion of the equivalent region of the Dwil\Spc105R gene, so that the encoded protein contains 18 repeats (the first half of the first repeat, and the second half of the last repeat are derived from Spc105R, the remainder of the repeated sequence is derived from Dwil\Spc105R).
