A mutated form of the 362 bp "spa" enhancer of sv (in which all the previously characterised transcription factor binding sites are mutated) and Hsp70 minimal promoter sequences drive expression of a EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
