Description

A mutated form of the 362 bp "spa" enhancer of sv (in which the previously characterised transcription factor binding sites are rearranged in compact spacing) and Hsp70 minimal promoter sequences drive expression of a EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
