Description

The gt protein binding sites that are located at -55bp from the transcription start site in Ecol\lacZgt.55x2 have been removed and replaced with two UAS sites. This results in a construct containing a rho enhancer, the twi 2xPE enhancer and two UAS sites (these UAS sites are located at -55bp) upstream of the lacZ reporter.
