Description

Two additional UAS regulatory sites have been added at -55bp from the transcription start site in Ecol\lacZrho.twi.2xPE.2x55.UAS. This results in a construct containing a rho enhancer, the twi 2xPE enhancer and four UAS sites (these UAS sites are located at -55bp) upstream of the lacZ reporter.
