Description

A 4.5kb genomic fragment from the dl 5' flanking region drives expression of a mutated dl coding sequence (amino acid replacements C124A, K125A and K126A) that is tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:nt1 epitope. The Hsp70 polyadenylation signal is also present.
