Description

Transgene used in an insulator study. The construct contains elements in the following order: the e eye enhancer, an FRT cassette and a w reporter gene. The FRT cassette contains an 825 bp fragment from P{CaSpeR} (containing the end of the 3' UTR of w and the beginning of the P-element sequence that follows the reporter gene).
