The construct contains elements in the following order: a composite wing, eye and body enhancer, A y reporter that contains a loxP cassette in an intron and a w reporter. The loxP cassette contains an 825 bp fragment from P{CaSpeR} (containing the end of the 3' UTR of w and the beginning of the P-element sequence that follows the reporter gene).
