Transgene used in an insulator study. The construct contains elements in the following order: a composite wing, eye and body enhancer flanked by a pair of RS(I-SceI) sites, an FRT cassette containing the gypsy insulator, a y reporter gene, a w reporter (lacking downstream insulator-containing sequence) and a loxP cassette containing a Wari insulator.
