The construct contains elements in the following order: a composite wing, eye and body enhancer, a 1A2 insulator, a y reporter gene, a loxP cassette containing a Wari insulator and a w reporter (lacking downstream insulator-containing sequence) and a loxP cassette containing a Wari insulator.
