Description

The R11F05 enhancer is fused upstream of the Drosophila synthetic core promoter (DSCP) followed by GAL80 that has been optimised for Drosophila codon usage. The woodchuck hepatitis virus post-transcriptional regulatory element (WPRE) has been inserted in the 3' UTR. An Hsp70 transcriptional terminator is present.
