Description

sog lateral stripe enhancer drives expression of a mutant sog cDNA fused to Tag:HA and flanked by endogenous 5' and 3'UTR sequences. Both proteolytic cleavage sites 1 and 2 are rendered BMP-independent for processing in the mutant sog molecule.
