Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a shorter isoform of Ubx in which a small portion of the linker region has been removed. The YPWM motif at position 240 and the tryptophans at position 212 and 103 have been replaced by alanines and the entire C-terminal has been deleted. The construct is tagged with a Tag:HA epitope.
