Description

A 2.2kb fragment of the 5' region of the first intron of kkv containing 4 grh sites (2 conserved) and 3 AP-1-like sites (1 conserved) (termed Wound Enhancer 1 or WE1) drives expression of sequence encoding the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
