Description

Transgenic construct used as a sensor to study the mechanism of retrotransposon silencing in the germline. Contains a UASt-GFP reporter. This is followed by an FRT cassette which contains a 720bp of the ZAM\env coding region (nucleotides 6385-7105), in antisense orientation.
