UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Nrx-IV which lacks most of the N-terminal region 5' to the transmembrane domain (sequence extending from the Discoidin domain through laminin G domain 5 are missing). The Nrx-IV coding sequence is tagged with 6 copies of Tag:MYC after nucleotide 3590.
