Description

Transgenic construct used as a sensor to study the mechanism of retrotransposon silencing in the germline. Contains a UASt-GFP reporter. This is followed by an FRT cassette which contains a 419bp fragment of Idefix\gag coding sequences (nucleotides 1003-1422), in antisense orientation.
