Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein that consists an extracellular region largely derived from the dimerization domain of the bacteriophage λ cI repressor, a transmembrane domain from btl and the ft intracellular domain (amino acid residues 4611-5147). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
