Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the extracellular and transmembrane domain of Mmus\Cd8a fused with a 40 amino acid fragment of the region around the caspase cleavage site of Hsap\PARP1 (Gly 201 - Ala 240), tagged at the C-terminus with Venus. The caspase-3 consensus cleavage site has been mutated from DEVD to DEVG to render it non-functional.
