Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of smo tagged with Tag:MYC. The PKA site in the first of three serine phosphorylation clusters in the cytoplasmic tail has been mutated to alanine and the PKA sites in the second and third clusters have been mutated to aspartate.
