Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of smo tagged with Tag:MYC. The PKA sites in the second and third of three serine phosphorylation clusters in the cytoplasmic tail have been mutated to alanine and the PKA site in the first cluster has been mutated to aspartate.
