The 7bp immediately upstream of the ATG start codon in Avic\GFPIVS.10xUAS has been replaced with a 10-bp consensus translation-initiation sequence derived from 23 different Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcNPV) genes combined with the upstream sequence of AcNPV p10 ATG.
