The HA-tagged Nep4 protein encoded by Nep4A.Tag:HA accumulates around the nuclei of muscle cells. Nep4A.Tag:HA protein colocalizes with SERCA protein in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of muscle cells, especially in membranes continuous with the nuclear membrane.
