Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a kinase dead version of the fu kinase domain and Su(fu) binding region (amino acids 1-436), in which the glycine at amino acid 13 has been replaced by valine. The protein is fused to Efae\DivIVA to induce dimerization.
