Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant form of Hpyl\cagA that lacks the tyrosines in the four 5-amino acid EPIYA motifs. Two point mutations have been introduced (A2684C, A2740C) and a deletion from nucleotides 2878 to 3082. The construct is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
