Description

A 3.1 kb fully functional fs(1)K10 genomic clone that extends from approximately 850 nt upstream of the transcription start site to approximately 400 nt downstream of the poly(A) addition site. A GFP-tag is inserted in-frame at the C-terminus of fs(1)K10. The construct lacks the fs(1)K10 RNA localisation element (RLE) called TLS.
