UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric stnB-AP-2μ protein. The construct comprises amino acids 1-903 of stnB, the MHD of of AP-2μ (amino acids 166-432) and the C-terminal tail of stnB (amino acids 1219-1263).
