Description

The ASE5 fragment has been extensively mutated so that it retains only "box A" sequence (centered on the 11bp AACGCGAAGCT A motif), "box B" sequence (centred on the high affinity vvl binding site V1) and the five Su(H)-protein binding sites in wild-type form.
