Description

Much of the ASE5 fragment has been deleted, removing all sequences except the 5 Su(H) protein-binding sites, "box A" sequence (centered on the 11bp AACGCGAAGCT A motif), "box B" sequence (centred on the high affinity vvl binding site V1) and 5bp flanking each element.
